I am a veterinarian. I plan to establish my own pet brand. To maintain the uniqueness of the brand, I chose to customize a private model product. I have no experience in this area. JOYI was very patient in communicating with me from the beginning and provided me with some professional knowledge, which was very helpful for my design. After more than a month of communication, we confirmed the drawings and 3D samples, and then completed the mold manufacturing. The moment the product was launched, I was extremely grateful to JOYI. The product quality has always been very stable. We only needed to tell JOYI what we needed, provide Pantone color numbers, packaging design, and then just wait for the delivery. In 2017, we began working with Joyi after meeting them at the Superzoo exhibition. I have always wanted to create a rubber pet toy that complements my products, but I have not yet found a suitable supplier. At the exhibition, I met a friend with whom I discussed products, and he introduced me to his supplier, Helen, who is Joyi's business manager. Bob highly recommended Helen, so I reached out to her via email, which marked the start of our collaboration. Over the past few years, we have developed products with different designs and included customized silicone licking pads. The entire collaboration process has been incredibly smooth, with excellent product and service quality. Helen has always been patient and willing to discuss any product ideas I have. I only need to place order, pay, and receive the goods, and the rest will be handed over to Joyi.
